Biography

Ruqaiyah joined MIHE in 2010. Currently, she is the course leader for the Certificate in Muslim Chaplaincy course. She also oversees the research degree programmes at the Institute and teaches academic writing skills. Her academic background is in social policy, European studies and security institutions. Ruqaiyah has produced reports on conversion to Islam and regularly writes for The Muslim World Book Review, where she is a member of the editorial team.
