Palestinian Higher Education

Dr Nazmi Al-Masri is an Associate Professor of Education at the Islamic University of Gaza, Palestine. Dr Nazmi has extensive experience in higher education management and research.  He has also been deployed as a co-investigator and consultant on around twenty British and EU-funded international academic projects aiming to promote quality education in the context of conflict and emergencies.
